What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Be responsible for leading and coordinate technical management activities for a med/large scale complex projects to secure that Nokia does fulfill contractual commitment of System Acceptance and Network launch on time with required quality measures

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and implementation services

  • Be main responsible to ensure everything in the SoW (Scope of Work) will be addressed using proper Nokia products and solutions

  • Be responsible to support Project Managers to clarify all technical aspects and be aligned with project delivery strategy to assure the quality into the deliveries and match the expectations in what is agreed with the SoW

  • Support technical team to collect business requirements with customer as the main inputs for High Level Design and plan its deliveries accordingly


Your skills and experience

A Technical Manager is needed to take the ownership for Business Technical Requirements, technical designs (High Level and Low Level), resources and delivery plans. He or she needs to ensure all the Nokia organizations are building, configuring or development the project deliverables, using proper technical standards and quality aspects.

You have:

  • To be fluent in English, demonstrating good level of soft skills (presentation, communication, negotiation and flexibility)
  • Large experience with IT systems regarding provisioning and fulfillment business workflows, Service Order Management process
  • Large experience with service catalog (CFS and RFS) and inventory systems

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in delivering fullstack project/programs in Agile or waterfall mode
  • Good knowledge in telecommunications fixed and mobile use cases mainly for provisioning and fulfillment
  • Be familiar with TM Forum TAM, eTOM and SID frameworks. TM Forum certification is desired.
  • Experience with Software development
